Beginner Volleyball Program

Our Beginner Volleyball program is designed for young athletes ages 5-7 who are brand new to the sport.In this fun and energetic 1-hour class, kids will be introduced to the basic skills of volleyball through age-appropriate games, activities, and drills.

  • Builds Confidence & Motor Skills:
      Kids develop movement skills, hand-eye coordination, and self-confidence through fun, age-appropriate activities.
  • Encourages Teamwork & Social Skills:
      Small group games foster cooperation, communication, and new friendships.
  • Introduces Volleyball FUNdamentals:
      Children learn the basics of passing, movement, and teamwork in an engaging and supportive environment.
  • The focus is on FUN, movement, and building confidence while developing hand-eye coordination, teamwork, and a love for being active. With smaller groups and engaging activities, kids will learn the fundamentals of passing, movement, and cooperation— all in a playful and encouraging environment. This program is perfect for children ages 5–7 who are ready to get active, make new friends, and take their first steps into the sport of volleyball.

Youth House Learn Program

Level 1

The Level 1 Volleyball Program is designed for children aged 8 to 10, of all skill levels, to develop their abilities and foster a love for volleyball. This program introduces the FUNdamental skills of the sport in an engaging and inclusive environment.

  • Build Foundational Skills:
      Learn essential techniques in passing, setting, and serving.
  • Develop Teamwork:
      Understand the importance of communication, collaboration, and fair play.
  • Boost Confidence:
      Gain self-assurance through skill-building activities and positive reinforcement.
  • Enjoy Physical Activity:
      Improve coordination, agility, and fitness through fun drills and games.
  • The program focuses on creating a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where children can grow as players and teammates. Whether new to volleyball or with some experience, participants will build a strong foundation for long-term success in the sport while having fun.

Level 2

Designed as a progression from our Level 1 program, the Level 2 Volleyball Program is tailored for children aged 10 to 13 who have strong foundational skills and are ready to take their abilities to the next level. This program builds on the FUNdamentals introduced in Level 1, focusing on skill refinement and deeper understanding of volleyball.

  • Enhance Key Skills:
      Develop advanced techniques in serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking.
  • Learn Game Play Strategies:
      Understand positioning, rotations, and tactical gameplay to prepare for competitive scenarios.
  • Strengthen Teamwork and Sportsmanship:
      Work collaboratively to improve communication and leadership on and off the court.
  • Boost Physical Fitness:
      Improve agility, coordination, and overall fitness through targeted drills and exercises.
  • The Level 2 program continues to emphasize the importance of fun and inclusivity while encouraging participants to challenge themselves and grow both as athletes and individuals. Our experienced coaches provide personalized feedback to help each child reach their potential and build confidence in their volleyball journey.
